In this project we learned that Lewis and Clark are a part of history. They did alot of things in the United States. They discovered alot of plants and animals.

The history I learned was how people survived on the Missiouri river and how they discovered new animals and plants.

In this project we learned what Lewis & Clarks journey was like and that they stayed in Mandan in 1804. We also learned that they had to survive bad winters and find ways not to get bitten by mosquitoes.

        What we learned about Lewis and Clark’s historic journey was that they were the first white men to venture west to the Pacific Ocean and back in 1803-1804. We learned about the winter that they spent in North Dakota.

Lewis and Clark learned all the different plants and animals. They looked at the star and there formation. Also they got a lot info. from the indians.

We learned that the Indians used bear grease to repel mosquitos.
We also learned that at times the Indians were not always nice to Lewis and Clark.

The Lousiana Purchase is a big portion of the United States. It took Lewis an extensive time to explore it.

In this project we learned that they had not known about grizlys in the 1800s till L&C found one or a few and they had no bug repelent they ate 9lbs of food a day cause of all the word they did. alskdjgh
